At least 55 Chinese sailors are believed to have died in a submarine accident in the Yellow Sea. The submarine was reportedly caught in seabed defences installed by China's own forces for American and British vessels. According to the confidential UK report, the crew members died due to a failure in the submarine's oxygen systems, leading to their poisoning.
