Germany's road traffic agency said it is recalling Tesla models Y and 3 over a software glitch that affects 59,129 Tesla vehicles globally. As per the agency, the glitch causes breakdown of the eCall, which is designed to automatically contact emergency responders in the event of serious accidents. This comes as Tesla reported an 18% decline in deliveries in Q2.
