The Municipal Corporation of Chandigarh has banned six breeds of dogs considered aggressive, potentially aggressive, and dangerous. These include American Bulldog, American Pitbull and Bull Terrier. Cane Corso, Dogo Argentino, and Rottweiler have also been banned for public safety. However, the changes will not apply to those who already have any of these breeds, the notification said.
