As many as six electric double-decker buses are ready to be operated on important tourism routes in Hyderabad like Tank Bund, Old City and Financial District. Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) purchased these buses at a cost of ₹12.96 crore. HMDA plans to extend this fleet up to 30 buses and each bus has a seating capacity of 65 passengers.
