6 firms remove misleading claims from product labels after FSSAI notice

FSSAI said six companies took down misleading food product labels after they were issued notices. Livyor Ventures told FSSAI it would remove "vegan" printed on its Roasted Edamame Beans labels without the applicable regulatory requirements. Iota Nanotechnology said it would stop production of non-standardised water and Panchamurtha Industries delisted its electrolyte drink from its website.
