6 held after elderly man's cap allegedly snatched in UP procession

An elderly man's cap was allegedly snatched by a youth during a crowded procession in Uttar Pradesh's Marhara on August 30. The incident was captured on video and the footage later surfaced online. Police took suo motu cognisance, identified and arrested six youths, and registered cases for rioting, promoting enmity and disturbing communal harmony. The accused later publicly apologised.
