60% of questions in UGC-NET English & Commerce exams were repeated from 2024 paper: Report

The cancellation of UGC-NET 2026 exam for English and Commerce was probably because 60% of the questions were near "cut, copy and paste" from December 2024 examination conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA), as per a report. The sources said some questions were repeated in Geography. Notably, the NTA cited typographical errors for cancelling examinations of English, Commerce and Sociology.
