A decommissioned NASA spacecraft weighing about 1,323 pounds (600 kg) is expected to re-enter Earth's atmosphere, nearly 14 years after it was launched into space. NASA expects most of it to burn up as it passes through the atmosphere. "Some components...are expected to survive re-entry," NASA said, adding that risk of harm is very low.
