A research by scholars from Australia's University of Adelaide has revealed that between 60-80% of Twitter handles posting on the Russia-Ukraine war may be bot accounts. These bot accounts may have been pushing people to flee their homes during the conflict, the research said. Of accounts tweeting on the war, 90.16% were "pro Ukraine" while only 6.8% were "pro Russia".
