The Haryana government Tuesday transferred senior IAS officer Pradeep Kasni, after he took on the state government by refusing to issue appointment letters to five commissioners of two statutory bodies, by raising various objections. "I don't know why I was transferred. I am used to transfers as I have seen 60 (transfers) in my service of 30 years," Kasni said.
