A tragic incident unfolded in the Yadavanadu reserve forest of Somwarpet taluk, Karnataka, where a 62-year-old man, Girijanara Tammu, lost his life in an elephant attack. Tammu’s body was discovered approximately 500 metres from Kuppadi haadi inside the forest. RFO Shailendra confirmed that the attack occurred three days ago.
