A 62-year-old man from the UK has said that he gets so drunk that he passes out when he eats a slice of cake. Nick Carson's body ferments carbohydrates and turns them into alcohol in his intestines, leaving him dangerously intoxicated. Carson developed the Auto Brewery Syndrome after he was exposed to strong chemicals at work almost 20 years ago.
