US oil company Chevron Corporation waived off the mandatory retirement age requirement for CEO Michael Wirth. The 62-year-old will now stay at Chevron past the retirement age of 65. Meanwhile, Chevron's 58-year-old CFO Pierre Breber will retire in 2024. He'll be replaced by Eimear Bonner, who'll become the second woman to be named CFO in Chevron's more than 140-year history.
