Firefighters were forced to rescue a 63-year-old Chinese woman after she tried to rappel into her locked apartment. The woman said she borrowed a rope after a gust of wind locked her door and she did not have enough money to afford a locksmith. "My arms did not have enough strength because I didn't eat in the morning," she added.
