The police on Sunday arrested a 65-year-old labourer for raping a five-year-old and a seven-year-old after using toffees to lure them inside a panchayat building in Andhra Pradesh's Chittoor district. A rape case has been filed against the accused under the POCSO Act. The incident comes after another man allegedly raped and impregnated a 14-year-old in Guntur.
