UNICEF on Thursday said that an estimated 7.7 lakh children are facing chronic mental health conditions in Lebanon amid the ongoing violence and displacement. At least 59 children were reportedly killed or injured in the country last week despite a ceasefire, UNICEF said. The statement further read that 200 children had been killed and 806 injured since March 2.
