The use of forced labour by Apple suppliers is more widespread than previously reported, an investigation by The Information revealed. As many as seven of Apple's suppliers in China were found to be linked to alleged forced labour involving Uighurs and other oppressed minorities. The report said that workers were shipped from Xinjiang to at least 5 of these companies.
