Himachal Pradesh's seven districts, including Mandi, Kullu and Shimla, could witness moderate flash floods in the next 24 hours, the local meteorological department said on Tuesday. The department also warned of heavy rains at isolated places in the state till next Monday. A total of 225 roads, including 153 in the worst-hit Mandi district, are closed.
