A bank in Uttar Pradesh's Farrukhabad has reportedly apologised after a 73-year-old woman, Kishan Pyari, with a fractured leg, was taken to a branch on a handcart to withdraw her pension. The woman's family claimed the branch manager behaved rudely and said, "Bring her here." She began receiving the pension after it was transferred to her following her husband's death.
