BJP leader RP Singh said Delhi government has failed to provide safety for women after Greenpeace India report that stated over 75% of women feel unsafe commuting in buses after dark. "Women don't feel safe as there are no lights on...streets," he said. He added that government failed to keep its promise of installing 15 lakh lights across the city.
