MTS launched the "Always Talk", a Rs. 199 monthly tariff plan on Monday, under which the MTS customers can make unlimited calls within the network. Moreover, the plan also includes 1,000 minutes (local) of free talk time on other networks. Last week, Vodafone, Airtel and Idea Cellular had reduced their 2G internet rates by up to 90% in select circle.
