A study by Bengaluru-based startup MicrobioTx found that 78% of urban Indians tested were exposed to pesticide residues, with 36% exposed to three or more pesticides. Samples also showed antibiotics, steroids, and "forever chemicals," indicating widespread hidden toxin exposure from food, plastics, groundwater, and environmental pollution, posing serious long-term health risks.
