Kashmir Inspector General of Police (IGP) Vijay Kumar has said that a total of 78 terrorists have been neutralised by security forces in the valley so far this year. "In these encounters, most of the terrorists were affiliated with proscribed terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba, followed by Hizbul Mujahideen, Al-Badr, Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) and Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind," Kumar added.
