Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge claimed that 8 businessmen have been killed in Bihar in the last 6 months, adding that the JD(U)-BJP alliance has left no stone unturned in making the state the "crime capital" of the country. He alleged that poverty in Bihar has peaked, social and economic justice have worsened, and investments are just confined to paper.
