Eight people died and six were injured after a wall of an under-construction building collapsed in Basni industrial area in Rajasthan's Jodhpur on Tuesday, ANI reported. "Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot has announced a compensation of ₹2 lakh for the family of the deceased and ₹40,000 for those critically injured," Jodhpur District Magistrate said.
