8 dhaba operators booked for cutting highway crash barriers

Eight dhaba operators near the Delhi-Dehradun Economic Corridor were booked at Nangal police station after allegedly cutting beam crash barriers to create private access routes. They also obstructed NHAI officials attempting to reinstall the barriers. The complaint was filed by an NHAI site engineer; police have launched an investigation into the incident.
