Eight MLAs joined the BJP a day after quitting AAP ahead of Delhi Assembly elections. The eight legislators include Bhavna Gaur (Palam MLA), Rajesh Rishi (Janakpuri), Madan Lal (Kasturba Nagar), Rohit Mehraulia (Trilokpuri), Naresh Yadav (Mehrauli), BS Joon (Bijwasan), Pawan Sharma (Adarsh Nagar) and Girish Soni (Madipur). Notably, all 8 MLAs were denied tickets by the party for elections.
