BJP MP Sanjay Jaiswal claimed that 80% of people associated with Jan Suraaj Party are "criminals". He added that a person who killed a Dalit is holding a board in Bettiah, claiming to be candidate from Kishor's party. Reacting to this, Jan Suraaj chief Prashant Kishor asked why BJP hasn’t acted, saying, "Catch those criminals and put them in jail."
