Doctors at a hospital in Faridabad removed an 80-year-old patient's stomach tumour without any external cuts using advanced endoscopic surgery. The minimally invasive procedure allowed the patient to recover quickly and return home within 24 hours. Experts say the scarless approach may especially benefit elderly and high-risk patients who cannot tolerate major abdominal surgery.
