England batter Alex Hales, who retired on Friday, said the 86* he scored against India in the 2022 T20 World Cup semi-final is one of his favourite innings. "To do that with Jos [Buttler] against the biggest cricket nation...was an incredibly special feeling," said Hales. He added that it became a "financially tough decision" to wait for an England chance.
