CBI concluded to a special court that Aarushi's parents are guilty of double murder in the Aarushi-Hemraj case. The CBI claimed that the suspicion was on the Talwar's as they dressed up the crime scene and destroyed evidence on Aarushi's body. They also claimed that the Talwar's had tried to influence a doctor who conducted the autopsy of Aarushi.
