A Pakistani cleric has been arrested for allegedly beating to death an 8-year-old boy who tried to run away from a madrasa. Police officials said that there were visible signs of torture on his body. Notably, several madrasas have been shut in the country for allegedly brainwashing children and pushing them towards terrorism.
