A 9 year old girl shot her shooting instructor accidentally while he was showing her how to use an automatic Uzi gun, on Monday in Arizona. Charles Vacca, 39, died shortly after being airlifted to University Medical Center in Las Vegas. The girl was at the shooting range with her parents. Her identity has not been revealed by police officials.
