Speaking on the upcoming HDFC-HDFC Bank merger, HDFC Chairman Deepak Parekh said all HDFC employees excluding those aged above 60 years will go to the bank. He added, "90% of our people will go to the bank, [which will] continue using our people to do housing...and mortgage loans." "The branches will continue [and]...people who do...loans will continue," he stated.
