Over 50,000 protesters formed a 90-km-long human chain around the border triangle of Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands to demand the closure of two reactors at Belgium's Tihange and Doel nuclear power stations. This comes after at least 70 additional cracks and around 300 new flaws were detected in nuclear reactors at the two plants.
