91% of Microsoft India staff get 5% or less hikes this yr: Survey

According to a survey by networking platform Blind, 91% of Microsoft employees in India received increments of 5% or less during the 2026 appraisal cycle. This comes as the tech giant reported record profits and introduced a voluntary buyout programme affecting thousands of workers globally. Only 5% received hikes exceeding 10%, down from 27% last year.
