BYJU'S said 98.5% of the course fee refund requests submitted to it through official channels are processed within 48 hours. The statement comes as child rights body NCPCR, citing a report, said BYJU'S "actively tricks" customers into entering loan-based agreements for courses which may not be refunded. BYJU'S also said it doesn't incentivise its sales staff to pursue uninterested customers.
