A-1 Ltd entered a tri-party agreement with GNFC and Solar Industries India Ltd for the supply of 10,000 metric tonnes of concentrated nitric acid from November 2025 to March 2026. GNFC is the manufacturer, Solar Industries the buyer, and A-1 the dealer. The transaction is in the ordinary course, between non-related parties, strengthens volume visibility, and is backed by a ₹127.5 crore order.
