IFS officer Parveen Kaswan took to Twitter to share a video of a cat-like animal. According to Kaswan, the video is from Ladakh. "A beautiful and rare animal found in India. In Ladakh region. Not many have heard about it. Guess what. Via @fatima_sherine," he tweeted. Several Twitter users commented that it is a lynx in the video.
