Shortly after receiving the Arjuna Award, someone filed a criminal complaint questioning Lakshya Sen, an Indian Badminton player's birth certificate and age. The case went through the High Court and eventually the Supreme Court, which ruled in his favour. Sen credited his family and coaches for shielding him from the legal battle and keeping his focus on badminton throughout.
