A section of the US border wall along Mexico was blown over due to winds on Wednesday, US officials said. They added that the newly installed panels were not able to fare the winds because their concrete anchors had not yet dried. The wall is part of US President Donald Trump's efforts to build a barrier across the US-Mexico border.
