The Coromoto ice cream shop in Merida, Venezuela offers about 860 ice cream flavours, including egg, wine, onion, and macaroni-and-cheese. The shop was also recognised by Guinness World Records for selling the largest number of ice cream flavours. Portuguese immigrant Manuel da Silva Oliveira, who set up the store in 1980, began experimenting with flavours by introducing avocado ice cream.
