Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Sunday said an American general once told former Indian Ambassador to US Naresh Chandra that even US marines might not have been able to do what Indian soldiers did at Kargil. He made the remarks while speaking on the occasion of 27th anniversary of Kargil Vijay Diwas. India defeated Pakistan in the Kargil War.
