A91 Partners to cash out ₹445 crore from Atomberg ahead of IPO

A91 Partners is set to sell shares worth nearly ₹445 crore in Atomberg Technologies ahead of its IPO, after backing the company since 2019. It will retain a 21.02% stake following the transaction. Atomberg's IPO will include ₹450 crore of fresh shares alongside an offer for sale. Existing shareholders have already raised about ₹683 crore through stake sales since 2019.
