Four personnel of the India Reserve Battalion have been arrested Tuesday for forcing a couple to have sex in their presence, recording it and uploading the video on the Internet. The incident took place near Khuga-dam in Churachandpur, Manipur, where the 4-jawans caught the couple having sex. Protests erupted in Churachandpur with some people trying to storm the police station.
