Aakash Chaudhry, the promoter of Aakash Educational Services, is set to return as CEO of the offline coaching institute, reports said. BYJU'S had acquired Aakash in 2021 in a $950 million deal. According to Moneycontrol, Chaudhry will exchange a portion of his ownership in Aakash with Think & Learn Pvt Ltd, the parent company of BYJU'S.
