Aakash Institute Founder JC Chaudhry has bought a bungalow in Delhi's Greater Kailash for ₹51 crore and three luxury apartments at DLF's The Camellias in Gurugram for around ₹150 crore, The Economic Times reported. Chaudhry reportedly paid ₹3.06 crore in stamp duty alone for the Greater Kailash property. Notably, Aakash Institute was bought by BYJU'S in a $950-million deal.
