AAP leader Sanjeev Arora won Punjab's Ludhiana West Assembly bypoll by a margin of 10,637 votes on Monday. Congress' Bharat Bhushan came second while BJP's Jiwan Gupta came third in bypoll. Punjab's Ludhiana West, which registered 51.33% voter turnout, voted to fill the seat on June 19 after it was left vacant following the death of AAP's Gurpreet Bassi Gogi.
