AAP sarpanch's son shot dead outside gurdwara in Punjab; 7 to 8 rounds fired

Teerth Singh, son of AAP sarpanch Paramjit Kaur, was shot dead after unidentified assailants opened fire outside a gurdwara in Punjab's Amritsar district. Police said the assailants fired seven to eight rounds. Preliminary investigations suggest that an old rivalry may have been the motive behind the killing. His friend, Ranjeet Singh, was also injured in the incident.
