The Supreme Court on Monday linked disinclination of former judges in taking up roles at tribunals after retirement to the lack of amenities provided. It told the Centre to abolish these tribunals if it can't provide facilities. "Even for stationery they have to go on requesting. How are you treating the tribunals? The fault lies with you," the court stated.
